ABout the Sanctuary Frequency
Everything shared through this site is an expression of gratitude and devotion — it sustains my life and my Sanctuary. My greater calling flows through Eternal Healing Sanctuaries, a nonprofit vision devoted to building transparent, self-sustaining healing communities for disabled veterans and trauma survivors.

Each Sanctuary embodies living coherence: places where trauma integration, community gardening, animal connection, and remembrance of purpose form the foundation of daily life.
The first physical Sanctuary, Freedom Reserve, will rise here in my hometown and then expand outward, creating a living blueprint for others to replicate and grow their own spiral-based communities of peace and remembrance. When you explore this website, you’re entering that shared field… a space where survival becomes sovereignty, and remembrance becomes a way of living.
What’s shared here helps sustain my life and my Sanctuary while supporting both The Sanctuary Frequency and Eternal Healing Sanctuaries in balance and integrity. May what you read here remind you that healing is not found... it is remembered. Sora and I look forward to meeting you in the field.

Each immersion invites presence, reflection, and energetic realignment in a peaceful environment. Guests are supported in reconnecting with their natural state of balance... releasing what no longer serves while attuning to their authentic frequency of healing and peace.

Sanctuary Access is an open, in-person invitation into The Sanctuary Frequency, a gratitude-based space within my home dedicated to peace, reflection, and remembrance. There are no programs or memberships to maintain. Guests enter through presence and voluntary support, joining a living network devoted to healing, coherence, and the creation of sanctuaries across the world.

The Sanctuary Blueprint introduces the digital ecosystem of The Sanctuary Frequency and Eternal Healing Sanctuaries. It explains how to download a complete website template or activate your own Sanctuary Node within the EHS network. This blueprint provides the foundation for a living web of sanctuaries, each unique in expression, yet aligned through resonance, coherence, and remembrance.
