Flame Sessions (4 hr)
A living remembrance within the Sanctuary field

Flame Sessions
A four-hour immersion for trauma integration and nervous system coherence. This session invites you to sit with the inner flame... the living intelligence within your heart that knows how to transmute pain into clarity. Through presence, breath, and gentle conversation, we create a sacred space for release, remembrance, and renewal. Nothing is forced or guided... the flame itself leads the way.
Flame Sessions - 4 Hour Immersion Experience
The Sanctuary is a living, breathing space of remembrance. Here, life and learning unfold naturally… not as a program, but as a rhythm. Each day moves at the pace of nature, guided by what feels true for the body, the heart, and the field.
A Flame Session is a 1-on-1 immersion within the greater Sanctuary Frequency field... a sacred encounter with your own essence and the living memory of coherence. It is a deep yet gentle experience, allowing the nervous system to soften and the heart to open within the safety of the Sanctuary field. During these four hours, you are invited to slow down, breathe, and remember the part of you that has never been broken… the flame that remains constant beneath every experience.
Every person who visits steps into a living current of remembrance, reflection, and quiet joy... with me, with the Sanctuary animals, and with the land itself. The field holds you as you release what no longer belongs, while presence, conversation, and breath weave naturally into coherence. You may find yourself sitting with the fire, walking the gardens, or resting in stillness beneath the trees.
Nothing is planned, yet everything unfolds in perfect rhythm. The Flame Session is not an escape from life, but a return to it… clearer, calmer, and aligned with your natural harmony.
Accessibility & Flow
If you have mobility challenges, please let me know before booking. My home is designed for accessibility, and I’ve walked this path myself... through nine months in a wheelchair after my stage 4 cancer diagnosis in 2020, and again during later recovery.
All disabilities are welcome here, and each immersion adapts to your rhythm. I will always do what I can to make your visit safe and supportive. However, I cannot accommodate medical equipment that would endanger your safety during a power loss (such as oxygen concentrators).
The Essence of the Immersion
Nothing here is guaranteed or scripted. The day moves with what feels right for both of us. Some are filled with movement and laughter, others with silence and reflection.
There is no program... only presence, nature, conversation, and remembering.
We sit, we walk, we tend, we listen.
We let life breathe again.
Flame Sessions are where the Sanctuary Frequency begins.
Everything after is simply the deepening of the field.
Inner Flame of Remembrance
Within every person lives an eternal flame... a spark that never goes out, no matter how dark life has been.
Trauma can cloud that light, creating confusion, fear, or emotional disconnection, but it never extinguishes it.
In this session, we return to that flame. Together, we hold space for your system to remember safety, to release what has been held too long, and to recognize that the power to heal was always within you.
Breath, Stillness, and Somatic Release
The breath is the bridge between the body and the spirit. Through simple breathing techniques and awareness, you begin to regulate the nervous system, allowing stored energy to move without overwhelm.
There is no forcing, no reliving... only gentle observation and release.
Stillness becomes medicine, and the body begins to remember what peace feels like when it’s safe to exhale again.
Renewal Through Presence
As the flame clears what no longer serves, a quiet stillness settles in. You begin to notice the calm that follows truth, the lightness that follows release.
Renewal doesn’t come from doing more... it comes from being fully present in what is.
By the end of this session, most feel a deeper sense of peace, a soft return to coherence, and the simple remembrance that healing is not something you chase... it’s something you allow.
