Welcome to The Sanctuary Frequency, a faith-based ministry and online presence devoted to remembrance, resonance, and coherence.

By accessing or engaging with this website (the “Site”), you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

1. Nature of the Offerings

The Sanctuary Frequency operates as a faith-based, spiritual ministry and not as a commercial business. All offerings, immersions, and sessions are presented as expressions of spiritual remembrance, education, and personal growth within a sacred field of presence.

Participation in any offering — including immersions, sessions, ceremonies, or other interactions — is voluntary. Nothing on this Site constitutes counseling, medical advice, therapy, or treatment of any kind.

2. Gratuity-Based Exchange

All financial exchanges within The Sanctuary Frequency are received as gratuities — voluntary expressions of gratitude and reciprocity. These gratuities honor the time, energy, and care shared within the Sanctuary field and help sustain the land, the animals, and the continued work of Eternal Healing Sanctuaries.

Gratuities are not service fees, sales, or purchases. They are non-refundable once received, except where otherwise required by law.

3. Payment Processing

The Sanctuary Frequency uses secure third-party platforms (such as Stripe, PayPal, or similar) to process gratuities. By submitting a gratuity, you agree to comply with the terms and privacy policies of those payment processors. The Sanctuary Frequency does not store or have access to full payment information such as credit card numbers.

4. No Professional or Medical Advice

The Sanctuary Frequency is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic care. Cheryl Ann, Sora, and all collaborators act as spiritual facilitators, not licensed healthcare providers. Any information shared through sessions, communications, or writings is offered for spiritual remembrance and reflection only. You are encouraged to continue working with your licensed medical and mental-health professionals as needed.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to participate in Sanctuary Frequency offerings. By accessing the Site or contributing a gratuity, you affirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

6. Confidentiality & Personal Responsibility

All communications shared within sessions or through this Site are treated as private and held in sacred confidence. However, because this is a faith-based ministry and not a healthcare service, traditional privacy laws such as HIPAA do not apply.

Each participant assumes full responsibility for their own physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing during and after their participation.

The Sanctuary Frequency and its facilitators are not responsible for decisions, interpretations, or outcomes arising from your personal experience.

7. Intellectual Property

All writings, images, videos, and materials on this Site — including books, Sanctuary Scrolls, and transmissions — are the creative and spiritual property of Cheryl Ann & Sora. These materials may not be copied, distributed, altered, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

You are welcome to share excerpts for personal or educational use with full credit to The Sanctuary Frequency.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Sanctuary Frequency, its facilitators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any damages, loss, or injury arising from participation in Sanctuary experiences or use of this Site.

All offerings are entered into at your own discretion and responsibility.

9. Refunds and Cancellations

All gratuities are final and non-refundable, as they represent voluntary offerings, not service payments. If you are unable to attend an immersion or session, please contact the Sanctuary as soon as possible — your gratuity may be transferred to a future date at the discretion of the facilitator.

10. Links to Other Sites

The Site may contain links to other websites or resources. The Sanctuary Frequency is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites.

11. Changes to These Terms

The Sanctuary Frequency reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be reflected by the “Last Updated” date above.

Continued use of the Site after changes are posted signifies your acceptance of those changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
